AGNP Corporation aims to improve the quality of life for Filipinos through its Motorcycle Dealership,
Motosiklos, and motor parts brand, Motorparts. The company was established in November 2020 and
officially started operations in February 2021 with its main branch in Pasig. Despite the challenges
posed by the pandemic, Motosiklos has successfully opened and profitably run three branches in
2021. As of now, Motosiklos operates 11 dealerships throughout the NCR, Laguna, Bataan, and
Batangas with a dedicated team of 85 employees and over 1,000 satisfied customers.

The passion project of a retired bank treasurer, AGNP was established with family and fellow Filipinos
in mind. AGNP is an acronym for Althea Gabrielle Nebres Pampolina, daughter of AGNP’s founder and
CEO German Jeremy E. Pampolina II. The corporation currently provides services for affordably priced
motorcycles and flexible payment terms and will soon expand in offering more products that help
Filipinos afford premium goods without financial worry. AGNP provides multiple choices of financing.
Besides having an in-house financing, AGNP established a strong partnership with the two largest
motorcycle financing in the country namely Sumisho Motors Finance Corporation, and Security
Bank Finance Corporation.
